Return & Refund Policy – Sitto Banana

At Sitto Banana, we take pride in delivering fresh and high-quality Banana Chips and Banana Powder to our customers. Since our products are perishable food items, we have specific return and refund guidelines to ensure fairness and transparency.


1. Eligibility for Return/Replacement

We accept returns/replacements only in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product.

  • The product was damaged during transit.

  • The product was expired/spoiled upon delivery.

📌 In such cases, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products once opened, used, or consumed.

  • Products not stored as per instructions (e.g., moisture exposure, improper storage).

  • Orders placed by mistake or due to a change of mind.


3. Refund Process

  • If your return request is approved, we will initiate a refund or replacement.

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • In case of COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them.

  • Once processed or shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
